Shipping policy
JADE COSMETICS guarantees the delivery of products to the address provided at the time of purchase. If the customer fails to provide the correct address at the time of purchase, JADE COSMETICS will not be held liable or required to issue a refund for lost packages. Please make sure you enter the correct address before hitting 'submit'. JADE COSMETICS does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. You can check the status of your delivery via the tracking number provided on your confirmation shipping email. If your package is returned to us for various reasons, JADE COSMETICS will contact you to set up a re-delivery. Additional shipping & handling costs will be applied. Once a package leaves our facility, JADE COSMETICS will not be responsible for providing a refund for shipping costs.
