Once you purchase, there is a 1-14 day turnaround time, this does not include weekends or holidays. Processing may be delayed to the influx of orders but you will receive an update of any changes to the processing. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU CAN NOT WAIT 1-14 DAYS PROCESSING.

If your order is damaged you will receive a refund ONLY if you added Route Shipping insurance to your order summary. If Route Shipping insurance was not added to your order summary, JJ COSMETICS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged product upon arrival of the customer.
